The Senior Business Continuity Specialist is responsible for coordinating with technical support teams to ensure the readiness and resilience of the organization's technical infrastructure. The role focuses on maintaining continuity during disruption incidents and ensuring effective response and recovery.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing business continuity plans, organizing and executing training programs and simulation exercises, and preparing detailed reports that include findings, lessons learned, and continuous improvement recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).
  • Relevant professional certifications in business continuity, disaster recovery, or related fields.

Minimum Experience:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in business continuity management or a related field.
