Business Continuity Specialist

Implement and support Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities, including the development and execution of continuity plans, to ensure the organization preparedness for managing disasters, crises, and emergencies.

Assist in the development of BCM policies, methodologies, and frameworks to ensure operational compliance.

Collaborate with departments to update and maintain continuity plans for critical functions such as IT, Human Capital, and General Services.

Document incidents, responses, and recovery actions, maintaining a comprehensive database for future reference.

Conduct periodic reviews of BCM plans to ensure their relevance and effectiveness.

Provide data and insights to support BCM maturity assessments and improvement initiatives.

Support the activation of BCM plans during crises, assisting departments in their implementation efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
