Role Description The Business Continuity Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and testing business continuity and resilience plans to ensure PayLink's critical services remain available during disruptions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting risk and impact assessments, documenting recovery procedures, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting continuity drills and incident simulations. The specialist will monitor adherence to regulatory and internal continuity requirements, prepare reports and recommendations for management, and contribute to continuous improvement of resilience frameworks. Collaboration with IT, operations, and compliance teams is essential to align continuity strategies with organizational goals and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Business Continuity Planning, Business Continuity, and Business Resilience.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for risk assessment, impact analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear documentation, stakeholder coordination, and training activities.
- Experience with financial services, payment gateways, or regulated industries is beneficial.
- Knowledge of relevant business continuity standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, information systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Al Khobar and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
