We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret business data to support strategic decision-making and improve operational performance. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights that drive business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor business performance.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for management and key stakeholders.
- Validate data accuracy and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities through data-driven insights.
- Document business requirements, data definitions, and reporting processes.
- Work with technical teams to improve data collection, reporting automation, and business intelligence solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and reporting methodologies.
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Familiarity with databases, data visualization, and business intelligence tools.
