Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Developer & Account Manager to join the Kelos team. In this role you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and exceeding customer expectations.

A. Responsibilities:

I. Developing and maintaining strong business & relationships by:

Identifying and qualifying potential clients based on assigned Clientele Categories.

Building rapport and trust with architects, designers, interior decorators, and other relevant

decision-makers.

Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate lighting solutions, including custom

options.

Following up with existing customers and old clients for potential projects.

Making Cold and warm calls searching for new opportunities.

Conducting presentations showcasing Kelos Glass products and their unique value proposition.

Achieving assigned sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques.

Preparing comprehensive quotations, proposals.

Managing the sales cycle from initial contact to order finalization.

Preparing Reports and presentations on how to develop our business in the Market.

II. Provide exceptional customer service by:

Responding promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries and requests.

Ensure timely order fulfillment and address any customer concerns efficiently.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales data.

Respond to Calls and messages in a timely manner.

Be present at the office from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, unless there are other outside tasks and

meetings or working from home was coordinated.

Be prepared to attend our own events and exhibitions for the full period of it, promoting and selling

our products.

Being able to work extra hours or on weekends based on the work needs.

IV. Participate & be informed:

Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and new Kelos Glass product launches.

Participate in Company training, either for self-development or company development

Attend relevant industry events.

Perform additional operational tasks that are related to an event or a special Situation.

Follow the main Markets affecting our Industry (Tourism, Real Estate, Hotels, Big developers pages)

B. Daily Duties:

I. A business developer has three primary responsibilities:

1. Identifying new sales leads & Pitching products and/or services

2. Following up and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.

3. Performing daily Backend tasks.

II. When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include:

1. Making Cold & Warm Calls.

2. Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads

and potential new markets.

3. Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing

4. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

5. Following up and freshening existing clients on any upcoming potential projects.

6. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

III. When it comes to the challenge of actually selling, other typical duties include:

1. Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays

2. Contacting clients to inform them about New Collections, Developments in the company, or

Freshening them up.

3. Developing quotes, proposals, Invoices, and Purchase Orders.

4. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person

5. Meeting with clients, either indoors or outdoors.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.

-Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.

-Understanding of sales performance metrics.

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

-Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
