Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Developer (B2B) based in Heliopolis, with the opportunity for partial remote work. The Business Developer will focus on developing strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and conducting market research to enhance the company's services. Responsibilities include lead generation, creating strategic plans for business growth, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research expertise to identify trends and opportunities
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Lead Generation and B2B sales
  • Proven ability to develop and execute business development strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, with time divided between the Heliopolis office and remote work
  • Previous experience in the BPO or service industry is a plus
