Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in advertising agencies, creative industries, or a related field, along with outstanding communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through networking, research, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, marketing, etc.) to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting.
  • Attend industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in advertising agencies, marketing agencies, production houses, related fields is highly preferred.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and advertising services.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English Language
