About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Developer (Junior Level) to support our business development efforts, partnership conversations, and the development of Clove Data's public image.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, follow-ups, research, and helping move business opportunities forward. You will work closely with the team to support outreach, meetings, documentation, and brand presence.

What You'll Do

• Support business development outreach and follow-ups with potential partners

• Prepare short summaries on companies, banks, and opportunities

• Join virtual and in-person meetings; take notes and track next steps

• Maintain and organize the business development pipeline

• Assist with communication

• Coordinate simple contract- and legal-related tasks

• Conduct research on fintech, AI, and market opportunities

• Contribute to the development of Clove Data's external image through professional communication, organized materials, and consistent messaging

• Prepare brief weekly BD updates

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills in Arabic & English

• Organized, reliable, and able to follow up consistently

• Comfortable managing multiple conversations and tasks

• Interested in fintech, AI, and early-stage business environments

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt

• Based in Riyadh (hybrid work with flexible hours)

Contract Type

This role will begin as a 2-month flexible hourly contract, with the potential to transition into a longer-term or full-time contract based on performance.
