Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand Russian-related oil trading activities and commercial relationships
- Identify new trading opportunities across crude oil and refined products markets
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, counterparties and end-buyers
- Monitor geopolitical developments, sanctions evolution and market dynamics
- Coordinate closely with trading, operations and management teams
- Support the development of new commercial corridors and structured opportunities
- Contribute to the long-term growth of the trading platform through entrepreneurial business development initiatives
- Participate in trading strategy, market positioning and deal execution
Profile
- Proven experience in Russian oil markets, trading or business development
- Strong network across Russian-origin energy flows and international counterparties
- Solid understanding of physical oil trading and market structure
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial instincts
- Ability to operate in fast-moving and sensitive market environments
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a strong advantage
