Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid for a Business Development Account Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and fostering strong relationships. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, maintaining ongoing customer service, and effective communication with clients. The role demands proactive engagement with potential and current clients to expand the company's portfolio and ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and convert prospects.
• Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills to maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Ability to work proactively, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the design and creative industry is a plus.
