We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Account Manager to join our marketing and events company. This role is responsible for generating and managing leads, preparing tailored proposals, closing deals, and overseeing the execution of projects in coordination with the operations team. The candidate will act as the main point of contact for their clients, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong relationships, and continuous business growth.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:-Identify, generate, and manage new business leads.
-Conduct client meetings and understand client needs and objectives.
-Prepare creative and commercial proposals, presentations, and quotations.
-Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals successfully.
-Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Account Management & Client Relations:-Act as the dedicated Account Manager for all clients closed by you.
-Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and performance.
-Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and timelines.
-Handle client feedback professionally and ensure satisfaction.
Project & Execution Management:-Work closely with the Operations and Creative teams to ensure smooth execution of campaignsand events.
-Translate client requirements into clear briefs for internal teams.
-Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
-Ensure all executions meet quality standards and client expectations.
-Support on-ground execution when required.
Reporting & Follow-Up:-Prepare reports on sales performance, project status, and client feedback.
-Follow up on outstanding proposals, payments, and renewals.
-Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project updates.
Required Skills & Experience:-24 years of proven experience in sales, negotiation, and business development; experience in the marketing, events, or advertising industry is a must.
-Strong background in marketing, events, or brand activations.
-Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
-Creative thinker with the ability to propose innovative ideas and solutions.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Ability to work closely with operations teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
