Job Purpose:
The Business Development & Talent Development Lead is responsible for leading and managing all client-related Learning & Development (L&D) and Career Transition activities within the company. The role focuses on understanding and fulfilling client requirements, developing and implementing tailored L&D solutions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of all programs.
He/she ensures effective collaboration with the mother company on international career transition programs and oversees the full operational cycle of coaching and training activitiesfrom planning to successful completiondelivering a high-quality experience that meets both client expectations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Management & Business Support
- Act as the primary contact for clients Learning & Development and Career Transition needs.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client objectives and design suitable L&D solutions.
- Prepare customized L&D proposals, presentations, and pricing in coordination with the commercial and operations teams.
- Manage the full client engagement cyclefrom requirement gathering, proposal development, and negotiation to deal closure and post-delivery evaluation.
- Maintain continuous follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction, renewals, and long-term partnerships.
2. Program Development & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal operations, instructional design, and trainers to develop and adapt content that meets client requirements.
- Align all L&D and Career Transition programs with the mother company's standards, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Customize training modules and materials to fit the Egyptian market context while maintaining global quality standards.
- Supervise the scheduling, logistics, and delivery of training, coaching, and transition programs.
- Ensure trainers, facilitators, and coaches are briefed, allocated, and supported throughout the delivery process.
3. Career Transition & Coaching Operations
- Oversee the end-to-end operations of career transition programs, including nomination of candidates, program orientation, and assignment to appropriate coaches.
- Manage the allocation and coordination of participants, ensuring program objectives are met effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor the delivery of coaching sessions, tracking progress, attendance, and feedback.
- Ensure successful completion of all coaching programs and report on outcomes to clients and management.
4. Operational & Team Management
- Lead the L&D section team to achieve operational targets and maintain service excellence.
- Oversee program budgets, timelines, and profitability, ensuring financial efficiency in all projects.
- Coordinate closely with the Recruitment, HR Consulting, and Supply Chain/Operations departments for integrated service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, databases, and reports for all ongoing projects and client accounts.
5. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure all training and coaching programs meet the company's quality standards and client expectations.
- Collect and analyze feedback from clients and participants to improve program content and delivery.
- Recommend enhancements to methodologies, materials, and tools to improve efficiency and impact.
- Keep abreast of L&D and career transition trends in Egypt and the region to ensure competitive positioning.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Postgraduate diploma or certification in Training & Development, Talent Management, or Coaching is preferred.
- Minimum 68 years of experience in Learning & Development or Career Transition services, preferably in an HR services or consulting environment.
- Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships, developing proposals, and delivering customized learning solutions.
- Strong background in project management, coaching operations, and team leadership.
