Duties:
- Assist in preparation and review of fee proposals for architectural and design projects.
- Develop fee breakdowns, and pricing structures based on project requirements.
- Analyze historical project data to support accurate fee estimations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI to visualize business performance, pipeline metrics, and market insights.
- Manage data sets and perform advanced data analysis using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, power queries, advanced formulas).
- Track KPIs related to business development, including lead conversion rates, proposal success rates, and revenue forecasts.
- Maintain the project database, ensuring all fee structures, cost data, and updates are accurate.
- Assist in preparing internal reports for management, including monthly performance summaries.
- Support the optimization of internal processes related to costing, forecasting, and financial tracking.
- Verify fee proposals and calculations for accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
- MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
- 25 years of experience in business development, strategy, data analysis, or related roles.
- Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, Power Query, data modeling).
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, resourceful, and highly motivated.
