Responsible for tracking and analyzing the performance of the organized trade, ensuring that the
sales plan is achieved, and the customer base is expanded as set in plan.

- Developing and building positive relationships with Organized Trade store managers to support the achievement of forecasted volume targets.
- Ensure presenting, signing and implementing Merchandising planogram agreements by customer by outlet as per the guidelines to achieve superior in store presence.
- Category Management Execution across channels.
- Monitoring in-store execution standards such as product availability, shelf share, planogram compliance, and promotional displays.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess execution quality and identify gaps, spending 60% of his time in the market.
- Following up the execution and logistics of OT activities to ensure product availability, proper utilization of communication-merchandising tools, and solving all relevant logistical problems.
- Implement monthly initiatives as per the initiatives road map to ensure successful implantation in 100% of the outlets
- Develop a series of in-store reports that include the following:
- Out Of Stocks Report
- Competition Report
- Pricing Study
- Ensure Coolers/Racks deployment compliance with Company Policy.
Qualifications
▪ 3-5 years of experience and experience in Modern Trade/SMM is required
▪ Execution & operating with business strategies.
▪ Strong negotiation & Stakeholder management skills
▪ Ability to work cross function/ Build strong positive relationships with peers and business.
▪ Integrity – Project management skills
