Business Development And Partnerships Executive

HeroKid is looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Executive to help us build strategic partnerships with schools, nurseries, clubs, and other organizations serving children.

The role will focus on creating partnership opportunities that allow institutions to offer personalized HeroKid products to their children, students, or members under special offers, customized packages, co-branded solutions, or revenue-sharing models.

• Identify and approach schools, nurseries, clubs, academies, and relevant organizations.
• Build and maintain strong B2B partnerships.
• Present HeroKid products and partnership models to potential partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms, discounts, commissions, and revenue-sharing agreements.
• Develop customized and co-branded product packages for partners.
• Manage the full partnership cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
• Follow up with partners and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts.
• Work closely with the HeroKid team to ensure successful execution of partnership campaigns.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and close deals.
• Comfortable with field visits and face-to-face meetings.
• Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of customer needs.
• Self-driven and target-oriented.
• Previous experience in Business Development, Partnerships, B2B Sales, or Account Management is preferred.
• Experience working with schools, nurseries, clubs, education, or kids-related businesses is a plus.
