Business Development Associate – Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for driven sales and business development professionals who are ready to join our teams in Abu Dhabi.

Our training and development programme is designed to give ambitious individuals the knowledge, experience and internationally recognised qualifications to progress towards becoming a Financial Adviser.

The Opportunity:

You'll work directly alongside experienced Area Managers and Senior Financial Advisers, helping grow their client portfolio while developing your own commercial and financial services experience.

Your role will include:

Identifying and engaging prospective clients
Building referral and professional networks
Generating opportunities through calls, networking, social media and digital channels
Booking meetings and managing prospect follow-up
Supporting client onboarding and adviser activity
Developing new ideas and strategies to generate business

Who We're Looking For:

We want ambitious, confident and commercially driven people who enjoy speaking to clients, networking and winning new business.

Experience in sales, business development, recruitment, property, lead generation, telesales or another target-driven environment would be highly relevant.

You'll need strong communication skills, energy, resilience and a genuine hunger to succeed.
