Job Overview

Insource Prime is seeking an energetic, results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team at either our Al Nahda or Business Bay branches. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, reaching out to potential clients, and managing customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, thrive in a target-driven environment, and holds a proven track record in phone-based sales.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective clients to introduce company services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities to build a healthy sales pipeline.
Client Acquisition: Pitch products and services effectively to secure new business accounts and partnerships.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets set by management.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 1–2 years of relevant sales experience is preferred.
Freshers Welcome: Motivated fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
Core Skill: Prior experience in telesales is priority.
Visa Status: Dependent visa holders are highly preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
