Business Development Associate - Dubai Real Estate

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate, located in Dubai. The role involves generating leads, conducting market research, building business relationships, and delivering impactful presentations to prospective clients. The Business Development Associate will work to identify growth opportunities, build a strong client database, and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Collaboration and communication with internal teams and stakeholders will also be a critical part of the role.

• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Analytical mindset to understand market trends and customer needs
• Previous experience in the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite is a plus
