Through our partnerships, we enhance our ability to offer maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services, ensuring the long-term functionality and reliability of the equipment and systems we deliver.

Job Summary

The role involves Business Development, Project Management, conducting market research, financial modeling, and business case development to support strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. They will also oversee contract review and negotiation, assess commercial risks, and ensure strong governance and alignment between commercial agreements and operational execution.

Key Accountabilities:

Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations.

Business Analysis & Strategy

  • Conduct market research, financial modeling, and feasibility studies to support strategic decision making.
  • Analyze sales data, and business metrics to identify improvement areas.
  • Develop business cases for new projects, partnerships, and investments.

Project Management & Execution

  • Lead cross functional teams to deliver business development projects from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time and within budget delivery.
  • Ensure alignment between commercial agreements and operational execution.

Contract Review & Commercial Governance

  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Assess commercial risks, liabilities, and financial implications within agreements.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to finalize contract terms.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure contract lifecycle management best practices

Experience & Education Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales & Commercial Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field / Certification in Business analysis and Project Management are plus.
  • Experience in conducting business analysis, financial evaluation, and feasibility assessments.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and commercial risk assessment
