Role Description

We're hiring two driven Sales Interns to help bring SMEs onto the GrowthIQ platform and guide them through getting the funding they need.

This is a paid fullyremote role,with ahigh-earning commission. Perfect for someone hungry to learn, build real sales experience, and dive into the world of SME lending.

You'll source potential clients, help prepare documents, guide them through our platform, and coordinate with lenders to get deals approved faster.

Required Skills

  • Strong interest insales, business development, or SME financing.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and professionally to business owners.
  • Basic understanding of outreach strategies (cold messages, calls, LinkedIn outreach, follow-ups).
  • Organized and detail-oriented, especially when dealing with client documents and application requirements.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fully remote, performance-driven environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly, take feedback, and adapt outreach strategies based on results.
