We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team.

Requirements
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in business development or sales is an advantage
- Experience in Kuwait market is preferred
- Knowledge of company bidding processes, RFQs, and tenders
- Experience in supplier/vendor registration with major companies and government entities in Kuwait
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and vendors
- Support sales and marketing activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve business goals
- Handle vendor registrations, prequalification, and tender participation
- Track and manage RFQs, bids, and proposal submissions
