Business Development Associate Real Estate

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our real estate brokerage team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and cold-calling experience, with a passion for business development and real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation
• Connect with potential clients and understand their property requirements
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
• Promote and present suitable real estate projects and properties
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Real Estate Sales – Mandatory
• Sales experience is mandatory
• Cold-calling experience is mandatory
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Multiple language skills are highly preferred
• Target-oriented and confident personality
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred
• Candidates currently based in Dubai are preferred
