This is a full-time, on-site Business Development role for a candidate with a banking background, based in Abu Dhabi. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The professional will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business growth and strategic initiatives.

• Proficiency in lead generation and market research to identify new business prospects
• Strong analytical skills to assess data and inform strategic decisions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Fluency in Arabic, with proficiency in English
• Background in banking or financial services, with an understanding of related processes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Previous experience in real estate is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
