Role Description

This is a contract remote position for the role of Business Development Center Director. The successful candidate will focus on leading and managing business development efforts, identifying and cultivating new opportunities, and developing strategies to enhance client relationships. Additional responsibilities include overseeing lead generation, providing sales support, and training team members to achieve performance goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Lead Generation and Business Development to identify and cultivate new opportunities
• Proven experience in Sales and Automotive Sales with a focus on achieving measurable results
• Expertise in Training and team development to foster skill growth and operational success
• Effective communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate a remote team
• Experience in strategic decision-making and a results-driven approach
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the automotive or design industry is a plus
