Role Description

This is a full-time, On-Site role based in Qesm El Nozha, Cairo, Egypt. We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Closure Executive with 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate is a strong negotiator who excels at converting qualified leads into long-term clients. You will work closely with the Business Development and Pre-Sales teams to manage the final stages of the sales cycle, build client relationships, and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the closing stage of the sales cycle and convert qualified leads into signed deals.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions in collaboration with the Pre-Sales team.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Follow up with prospects to address objections and move opportunities forward.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities and activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client handover after closing.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Must have 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Account Management, with a proven ability to close B2B software or fintech deals. Experience in the software/fintech industry is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from qualified lead to contract signing.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is a must.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B services or technology sales.
  • Experience working with enterprise or corporate clients.
  • Familiarity with solution selling and consultative sales methodologies
