Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive new business opportunities in the commercial fit-out sector. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and collaborating with design and execution teams to deliver turnkey office, retail, and hospitality interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business opportunities for commercial fit-out projects (office, retail, hospitality, corporate).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, contractors, and project managers.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate BOQs with design and estimation teams.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, and execution) to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
- Maintain and update CRM records and sales pipeline.
Requirements:- 37 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out, turnkey projects, or interior contracting.
- Proven track record in business development / sales in the fit-out or interior sector.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred/mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of turnkey commercial interior projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
