Business Development Consultant / Health Advocate Stem Cell & Orthobiologics

We are looking for a patient-focused Health Advocate with a strong healthcare background and sound knowledge of stem cell therapies, orthobiologics, musculoskeletal conditions, orthopedics, and sports medicine.

This role combines Business development consultation, care coordination, CRM management, lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial consultations with international patients to understand their condition, treatment history, and expectations.

• Coordinate communication between patients, doctors, and the clinical team throughout the treatment journey.

• Manage cases from initial inquiry and medical review through treatment confirmation, scheduling, and post-treatment follow-up.

• Collect and organize medical reports, imaging, and other documentation required for case assessment.

• Qualify leads, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure structured and timely follow-up.

• Clearly explain the patient journey, next steps, and treatment process in a professional and patient-friendly manner.

• Identify opportunities for patient acquisition, referrals, partnerships, and business growth.

Preferred Profile:

• Good understanding of regenerative medicine, orthobiologics, orthopedic conditions, and musculoskeletal care.

• Experience in international patient coordination, healthcare sales, medical tourism, or business development is an advantage.

• Strong communication, relationship management, CRM, negotiation, and conversion skills.

• Organized, proactive, commercially aware, and highly patient-centric.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in stem cell therapy, orthobiologics, regenerative medicine, or a related healthcare field.

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or a related discipline.

• Postgraduate qualification, certification, or additional training in Regenerative Medicine, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Musculoskeletal Care, or Healthcare Management is preferred.
