Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential new markets for the company's products or services and researching consumer preferences.
- Prepare proposals and presentations for potential customers.
- Developing business partnerships with other companies in order to create mutually beneficial relationships.
- Managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly.
- Determining pricing strategies for products or services based on competitors offerings and market conditions.
- Resolving conflicts between customers and employees to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiating contracts with vendors to ensure that the organization is getting the best possible prices on supplies or services.
- Managing all aspects of the sales cycle, including creating a strong relationship with potential clients, developing an effective sales strategy, closing deals, and handling post-sale service issues.
- Creating and implementing marketing campaigns for products or services offered by an organization.
- Creating marketing plans and campaigns to promote products or services to new and existing clients.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
