Business Development & CRM Manager
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development & CRM Manager to drive business growth while managing and strengthening relationships with landlords. The ideal candidate will have experience in Holiday Homes, Hospitality, or Real Estate, with a strong ability to acquire new business, maintain long-term client relationships, and ensure an excellent landlord experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities and acquire new landlords and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, negotiations, and prepare proposals and agreements.
- Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Finance, and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide landlords with regular performance reports, occupancy updates, and payment information.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and identify opportunities to improve client experience.
- Monitor market trends, represent the company at networking events, and achieve business development targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, CRM, or Account Management within Holiday Homes, Hospitality, or Real Estate.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record in business growth and client retention.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- UAE experience and a valid UAE driving license are required.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
