Role Purpose

To position Golden Square as a preferred engineering consultant by securing early­stage project involvement and influencing design direction. Additionally, to secure supervision roles in projects where design­stage entry was not

achieved.

1. Early­Stage Project Access

• Secure involvement at concept and pre­development stages

• Engage developers, landowners, and architects early

• Position company before contractor stage

2. Supervision Opportunities (Secondary Strategy)

• Identify projects where design stage was missed

• Target supervision and construction supervision roles

• Build relationships with developers and project stakeholders to secure supervision mandates

• Leverage supervision roles to establish long­term client relationships

3. Strategic Relationships

• Build relationships with developers and authorities

• Maintain long­term client engagement

4. Consultant Positioning

• Position as technical advisor and design authority

• Influence design and consultant selection

5. Market Intelligence

• Track upcoming projects and opportunities

• Identify off­market and early­stage developments
