The Mandate
As the Business Development Director, you will be the face of the company in the UAE. You will leverage your existing reputation to open doors that are closed to others.
- Executive Engagement: Navigate the C-Suite of major private hospital groups, government health authorities, and large-scale medical centers.
- Strategic Growth: Convert high-level relationships into long-term infrastructure and fintech partnerships.
- Revenue Ownership: Move the needle from day one. You are expected to be a killer in salesidentifying, negotiating, and closing deals with precision.
- CEO Partnership: Work directly under our CEO, a globally and regionally recognized surgeon, to align clinical excellence with commercial dominance.

- Linguistic Mastery: Native or professional fluency in English is non-negotiable Arabic is a distinct advantage. You must be able to pivot seamlessly between local cultural nuances and international business standards.
