  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industry verticals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients, ensuring a continuous flow of opportunities.
  • Leverage market intelligence and competitor insights to position the company's services effectively.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers in target companies.
  • Understand client challenges and propose tailored outsourcing, managed services, and consulting solutions to address their business needs.
  • Conduct high-impact presentations, business pitches, and solution demonstrations to clients.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with a strong focus on profitability and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop alliances and partnerships with industry players, vendors, and technology providers to enhance service offerings.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements.
  • Own and achieve revenue targets, profit margins, and business objectives as per company goals.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare periodic reports for senior leadership.

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in the outsourcing, managed services, or consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of BPO, IT outsourcing, workforce solutions, or managed services models.
  • Proven ability to sell complex, high-value solutions to mid-size and enterprise-level clients.
  • Experience in developing multi-year contracts, RFPs, and large-scale outsourcing deals.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to create business cases and ROI-driven proposals.
  • Strong industry network and client relationships in relevant sectors.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in outsourcing, automation, AI-driven managed services, and digital transformation.
  • Ability to lead and mentor sales teams for collective success.
