Business Development Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Engineer to join our dynamic team in KSA- Riyadh. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with a background in architecture and 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the growth of our engineering services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and bids for new projects.

- Collaborate with the engineering team to understand project requirements and capabilities.

- Support the development of strategic plans to expand the company's market presence.

- Prepare reports on business development activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development within the engineering industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
