Business Development & Estimation Manager Facilities Management
On behalf of our client, a well-established Facilities Management company, we are seeking an experienced Business Development & Estimation Manager to support their continued growth across the region.
This role will play a key part in winning new FM contracts, managing tenders, and developing commercially viable and competitive pricing strategies.
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the FM sector
- Manage pre-qualifications, tender submissions, and client engagement
- Lead bid strategy, including Go / No-Go decisions
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams during proposals
Estimation & Commercial
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for Hard FM, Soft FM, and IFM contracts
- Review BOQs, SLAs, KPIs, and asset registers
- Conduct site surveys and workload analysis
- Develop pricing models covering manpower, materials, subcontractors, overheads, risk, and margin
- Ensure commercial viability and contract profitability
Candidate Profile
- 7+ years experience in Facilities Management business development and estimation
- Strong understanding of FM service delivery models and commercial structures
- Proven experience managing RFPs, RFQs, and complex tenders
- Strong analytical, financial, and negotiation skills
- GCC / Middle East experience is highly preferred
