Are you an expert on the US education system with a powerhouse network of B2B study-abroad agents We're looking for a high-energy field professional to become the official face and voice of a top US university across Middle East.

In this hybrid, high-impact role, you'll blend strategic planning with hands-on partner building—traveling across the region to drive international student enrollment to new heights.

What You'll Be Doing (The Mission)

Scale Regional Growth: Build, execute, and refine data-driven recruitment strategies across Middle East.

Empower Your Agent Network: Train, mentor, and activate B2B education agents and student counselors.

Be the Face of the University: Represent the brand at high-profile education expos, university visits, and recruitment fairs.

Field Execution: Hit the road 2–3 weeks a month (50–75% travel) to strengthen partner relationships and close growth gaps.

What We're Looking For

3–8 years of experience specializing in US recruitment and study abroad landscape.

Proven B2B track record in agent acquisition, training, and relationship management.

Strong network and established market presence within Middle East.

Tech-savvy with CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce) and market analytics.

Flexibility and passion for frequent travel across the region.
