Obelus Learning and Consultancy (www.theobelus.com) is recruiting Business Development Executives (BDE) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as follows:
- Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

- Location: We need BDEs in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Khobar (other places are welcome to apply)
- Sector: K-12, HE, and/or Corporate
- Deadline to apply: by end of day December 28th, 2025
Experience + requirements:
- 5 years sales and/or consultation.
- A good understanding of the K-12, HE, and/or Corporate sectors in terms of wellbeing, English language learning, accreditation, and/or training and capacity building.
- A bachelor's degree in business, teaching, Education, MnE (Monitoring and Evaluation), English, Math and/or Science; or any related field.
- A highly motivated individual with a strategic vision who can manage business development in order to achieve a set target.
- Well connected in the schools, universities, and corporates community who can use these connections to leverage sales.
Financials:
- The BDE will get 25% of the net profit as his/her commission. If achieving the target, an additional 10% will be added (in total 35%). If the BDE doubles the target and above, he or she will get 50% of the net profit. The target is $250k per academic year from all sectors.
