Business Development Executive (BDE) for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads via cold calling/emailing, and scheduling client meetings. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers via research, referrals, and networking.

Outreach & Sales: Conducting cold calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages to prospects.

Client Meetings: Scheduling and conducting product demos or introductory calls.

Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Target Achievement: Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.

CRM Management: Updating client interaction records in CRM software.

Market Research: Analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and rapport-building skills.

Mindset: Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-driven with a can-do attitude.

Tools: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Experience: 0–2 years (freshers are generally encouraged to apply)
