Job Description:

*We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team and focus on supporting our Middle East Field Sales team.

*The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales, with a focus on building strong client relationships, exceeding sales targets, and implementing innovative strategies to boost revenue.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand our presence in the Middle East market, in close collaboration with the Middle East Field Sales team.

Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, social selling, and networking.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and technical teams, to ensure alignment and Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including support in conducting product demos, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights to senior management.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in business development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Middle East IT market.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in the US market.

Experience in using Lead Generation tools.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing)

Compensation:

Competitive base salary with uncapped sales incentives based on target achievement.
