Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and prepare quotations for sea, air, and land freight services.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure excellent client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 13 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations within the shipping, logistics, or cargo industry.
  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, import/export procedures, and international trade regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
