Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Dubai. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategies to achieve sales targets. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, market research, coordinating client meetings, and presenting solutions tailored to customer needs. Additionally, the role requires representing the company at relevant industry events and keeping up-to-date with market trends in shipping and logistics.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to achieve or exceed targets
• Minimum 24 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations within the shipping, logistics, or cargo industry.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, import/export procedures, and international trade regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
• UAE driving license preferred.
