Job Description
We are seeking a motivated fresher or junior-level professional to join our UAE operations as a Junior Business Development Executive Commodity. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a long-term career in commodity trading, B2B sales, and international markets, with structured learning and on-the-job exposure under senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Business Support
- Assist in researching the UAE and GCC commodity market to identify potential customers, distributors, and opportunities.
- Support preparation of market reports, pricing comparisons, and business presentations.
Client Coordination & Lead Support
- Assist in identifying and following up with prospective B2B customers such as wholesalers, distributors, and traders.
- Maintain customer and lead data, ensuring proper follow-ups and documentation.
- Support relationship management activities under guidance from senior team members.
Sales & Order Processing
- Support the sales team in handling inquiries related to container-load and bulk commodity sales.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proforma invoices, and basic sales documentation.
- Coordinate internally to track orders from confirmation to delivery.
Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination
- Liaise with internal logistics, documentation, and operations teams to support smooth import and delivery within the UAE.
- Assist in coordinating shipment documents such as invoices, packing lists, and delivery schedules.
Compliance & Documentation
- Support compliance with UAE import regulations, customs documentation, and company procedures.
- Maintain organized records related to shipments, contracts, and customer transactions.
Reporting & Learning
- Prepare basic weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
- Actively learn about commodity pricing, UAE trade practices, and regional market dynamics.
Key Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience
- 02 years of experience (internships, traineeships, or academic exposure to sales, trading, logistics, or supply chain is an advantage).
- Prior exposure to the UAE or GCC business environment is a plus but not mandatory.

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
