We are looking to hire a Business Development Executive - Corporate Sales who will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth for the organization for our client based in Dubai – which is one of the leading property developer in the region.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.
The role sits within the Commercial Department and reports directly to the Business Development Manager.
Key responsibilities:
Generate new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, market research, and client meetings.
Negotiate lease terms, commercial agreements, and renewal contracts with corporate tenants.
Manage the full leasing cycle from lead generation and proposal preparation through to contract execution and handover.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective corporate clients and track opportunities through CRM systems.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, occupancy levels, and rental rates to identify business opportunities.
Coordinate closely with operations, property management, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
Support the preparation of commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and leasing reports.
Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Achieve leasing, occupancy, and revenue targets as set by management.
Knowledge, skills & experience:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development within corporate leasing / workforce housing / real estate / B2B sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales and occupancy targets.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Experience preparing commercial proposals and lease agreements.
Strong understanding of the UAE real estate and corporate leasing market.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
UAE driving license is preferred.
Availability:
Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or a maximum 30 days after accepting the offer.
