-- : Lead new product development (NPD) projects from initial concept and formulation to final market launch.

- : Serve as the primary liaison between R&D, Registration, Planning, Production, QC, QA, and external suppliers.

& : Conduct market research on cosmetic trends, active ingredients, and packaging innovations to recommend product line expansions.

: Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.

: Develop product pricing models and calculate raw material consumption to ensure commercial viability.

& 2 : Source and negotiate with local and foreign packaging and printing suppliers while managing B2B client accounts and toll manufacturing projects.

Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or science or a related field.

Proven experience in Business development or project management within the Cosmetics industry.

Familiarity with Regulations for cosmetics, and an understanding of the Egyptian market landscape.

Strong ability in competitive analysis, market studies, and pricing modeling.
