Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to support the growth of our Cybersecurity solutions portfolio. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, and supporting the sales cycle for cybersecurity offerings across enterprise and SMB clients in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for cybersecurity solutions (SOC, VAPT, IAM, Endpoint Security, Network Security, Cloud Security, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and decision-makers.
- Initiate contact with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales / pre-sales teams.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and basic commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution alignment.
- Maintain and update CRM with leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
- Track competitors, market trends, and emerging cybersecurity demands.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 03 years of experience in IT / Cybersecurity sales or business development (system integrator experience is a plus).
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM exposure is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the UAE market is a plus.
