Business Development Executive

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Design Architect to develop thoughtful architectural concepts and translate design ideas into functional, aesthetically compelling, and technically sound solutions. The role involves contributing to the design process from initial concept development through design documentation and coordination.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing architectural concepts, design proposals, layouts, and presentations based on project requirements.
• Preparing architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and design details.
• Translating design concepts into clear and practical architectural solutions.
• Conducting design studies, space planning, and material or finish selections where required.
• Producing high-quality presentation materials, including drawings, diagrams, renderings, and visual concepts.
• Coordinating architectural designs with structural, MEP, interior, and other relevant disciplines.
• Reviewing drawings and design documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and design intent.
• Incorporating client feedback, project requirements, and technical considerations into design development.
• Supporting design presentations and communicating architectural concepts clearly to clients and project teams.
• Ensuring designs comply with relevant regulations, standards, project specifications, and design requirements.
• Maintaining organized design files, drawings, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, spatial planning, and design development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant architectural design software.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization tools is preferred.
• Strong design sense with excellent attention to detail and visual awareness.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Good understanding of materials, construction methods, and architectural detailing.
• Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, designers, and project teams.
• Well-organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple design tasks while meeting project requirements.
