Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to build partnerships with MOE schools and educational institutions. You will work closely with schools to develop and organise career exploration programmes, holiday programmes, internships, career talks, and other student development activities.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and creating meaningful learning opportunities for students.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Build and maintain partnerships with MOE schools and educational institutions.
- Meet with school leaders and teachers to understand their needs.
- Promote and introduce the organisation's education and career programmes.
- Achieve partnership and programme targets.
Programme Development
Develop and coordinate programmes such as:
- Career Exploration Programmes
- Student Holiday Programmes
- Internship and Work Attachment Programmes
- Industry Exposure Visits
- Career Talks
- Soft Skills and Employability Workshops
- Future Skills Awareness Programmes
Programme Coordination
- Plan and coordinate programme schedules and logistics.
- Work with trainers, schools, and industry partners to ensure smooth programme delivery.
- Prepare proposals, reports, and programme documentation.
- Collect feedback and improve programme quality.
Partnership Management
- Maintain regular communication with schools and partners.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with school representatives.
- Build long-term relationships with education and industry partners.
Marketing & Administration
- Promote programmes through presentations, networking events, and career fairs.
- Prepare marketing materials and programme information.
- Maintain records of schools, meetings, and programme outcomes.
- Prepare monthly activity and business development reports.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, Human Resource, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, education partnerships, or programme management.
- Experience working with schools or educational institutions is an advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Well-organised and able to manage multiple projects.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Passionate about education, youth development, and career guidance.
- Willing to travel to schools and partner organisations across Singapore.
