FedEx is hiring a Business Development Executive (direct B2B sales role), based in Riyadh.

We are looking for a candidate who has served in a branch of the Defense | Military for at least 5 years. The ideal candidate has experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation. This role focuses on developing transportation business within the Defense community.

Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for a Business Development Executive. The candidate will be responsible for developing, closing and growing sales of transportation solutions with the Saudi defense customer segment. This includes but is not limited to identifying and pursuing business opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, preparing and delivering presentations, and developing sales strategies. The role involves negotiating contracts, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational goals and deliver exceptional customer solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market research, analysis, and strategic planning
  • Experience in client relationship management and customer service
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of the logistics and transportation industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using relevant CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal; Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities
