Position: Business Development Executive (Outdoor Sales)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Industry: Carpets & Curtains Trading

Experience: Minimum 13 years in Sales / Trading (UAE experience required)


About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Outdoor Sales) for a reputed Carpets & Curtains trading company based in Dubai. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth through field visits and client engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers for Carpets & Curtains products across the UAE.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct outdoor sales visits and product presentations to prospective clients.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive business development.
  • Coordinate with the operations and installation team to ensure timely delivery and service.
  • Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and customer feedback.
  • Represent the company professionally and uphold its reputation in the market.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 13 years of UAE experience in sales or trading (preferably in interior dcor, furnishings, or related products).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach.
  • UAE Driving License preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 3,500 per month
  • Commission: 1% on sales
  • Other Benefits: Travel expenses and phone SIM provided
