About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Outdoor Sales) for a reputed Carpets & Curtains trading company based in Dubai. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth through field visits and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers for Carpets & Curtains products across the UAE.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct outdoor sales visits and product presentations to prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive business development.
- Coordinate with the operations and installation team to ensure timely delivery and service.
- Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and customer feedback.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold its reputation in the market.
Requirements:
- Minimum 13 years of UAE experience in sales or trading (preferably in interior dcor, furnishings, or related products).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach.
- UAE Driving License preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: AED 3,500 per month
- Commission: 1% on sales
- Other Benefits: Travel expenses and phone SIM provided
