Grandiose Catering is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive for their sales team in UAE

Job Purpose:

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth for the catering and banquet services by identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves sales prospecting, negotiation, and the creation of strategies to penetrate the market effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for catering and banquet services.
  • Develop relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and individuals planning events.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess competitors offerings.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Act as the point of contact for all client inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  • Provide tailored solutions based on client needs and budget.

Sales & Negotiation

  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts to close deals effectively.
  • Achieve sales targets and monitor revenue growth.

Event Coordination

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Provide feedback and input to enhance service offerings.

Marketing Support

  • Participate in promotional activities and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote services.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management etc
  • 3 to 7 years in a similar role in Catering Industry
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
