A leading digital marketing agency based in the UAE is recruiting a Freelance Business Development Executive. This is a pure sales and business development role designed for high performers who know how to acquire clients, close deals and generate revenue.

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify and acquire new clients across multiple sectors in the UAE.
Manage the entire sales cycle including prospecting, outreach, meetings, proposals, negotiations and deal closure.
Initiate sales conversations using a hunter mindset and convert leads into paying clients.
Build and nurture strong industry networks and referral channels.
Represent the agency professionally in client meetings across the UAE.
Maintain a steady and predictable sales pipeline.
Deliver monthly revenue targets and provide accurate sales reporting.
Minimum Requirements (Strict)Must be a UAE resident with valid UAE residency.
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in client acquisition, business development and deal closure.
Proven ability to win new business without dependency on inbound leads.
Strong portfolio of UAE industry contacts and decision-maker access.
Fluency in English with excellent communication and listening skills.
Pleasing and confident personality with strong presentation abilities.
Motivated by commissions, high earnings and performance incentives.
Ability to handle rejection, stay resilient and convert objections into opportunities.
High level of commercial awareness and understanding of business pain points.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
Candidates with marketing or back-end roles in their past experience should not apply.
Candidates outside the UAE should not apply.
Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience working in a digital marketing agency in the UAE.
Track record of closing deals for services such as SEO, Social Media, Meta Ads, PPC, Website Development, Content and Branding.
Experience using CRM systems for pipeline management.
Ability to prepare proposals and articulate digital solutions clearly.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
